面试题：如何提高工作质量

问：在你的上一份工作里，现实与你的期望有何差距？　
答：最难预见的事就是，公司的其他部门如何看待我在市场研究部门的工作。
遗憾的是，我发现许多机构宁愿向外面寻求专业的研究服务，这就是我决定与你
们公司联系的'缘故。
面试官试图断定，求职者在过去的工作中是否能客观考虑他对工作的适应能
力。如果在很大程度上，你对这些事情都能作出好的判断，那么你很可能为了这
份工作已细心地审查了你自己。面试官还想确定含混不清的事情不会在这份工作
中重现。

A:The hardest thing to foresee was how other departments within the
company would view my market 　research department 　s
